Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods (product launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We currently ship within the United States. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes as your order may already be in processing.
