Pistachio Mylk

Pistachio Mylk

Did you know pistachio mylk contains a good amount of thiamin (or vitamin B1), phosphorus, iron, and high levels of vitamin B6 (not present in almond mylk). It's naturally creamy texture, and rich taste, makes pistachio mylk a great eccentric dessert. Besides that, pistachios are more environmentally friendly than almonds because they use less water waste making pistachio mylk the greener alternative... pun intended.

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz of water
  • 2 tbs of Pistachio Butter
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Add all of the above ingredients to a blender or a mason jar using a milk frother and combine thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 3 hours). Enjoy!
